RATE:
My rate per 50-60 minute individual psychotherapy session is $190-250 (sliding scale).
My rate per 50-60 minute couples session is $250.
sliding-scale fees are tied to income
INSURANCE:
I am not on any insurance panels at this time. However, your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover services in part or in full. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance (or “behavioral health”) coverage?
- What is my deductible and how much has been met?
- How many sessions does my health insurance cover per year?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required by my primary care physician?
If you do have out of network coverage, I will ask my Super Visor to provide you with a bill for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration.
PAYMENT:
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, check, or credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of each session.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
So I can continue to provide the availability to clients in need, I require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be required to pay for the missed session.
